Info - pending proceedings

In proceedings in which Daniel Kaplan is appointed the insolvency administrator:

ANYONE having information about the debtor’s assets is requested to report that information to the insolvency administrator without undue delay (this also includes persons who have a monetary or non-monetary debt towards the debtor);

CREDITORS are requested to notify the insolvency administrator of their bank account numbers and of any changes in their identification details (address of the registered office, name of business, division, merger, etc.).

The DEBTOR is requested to contact the insolvency administrator without undue delay.
